Insert pattern into the page design. I think it works a bit better than the photo.
I've just realised that I have to make sure that I don't put too many image heavy designs in the header bar, as the user-content.

New logo inserted as well. Which is WORKING (finally something is working haha)

Lightened it up with taking the dark out of the sidebar. If anything, it's going to need to be a colour or something cause just having the grey doesn't really work at all. But it's getting there.

This is the page for the business adverts. Only displaying the information of the job title/description and the location and then the business.
