Working on the look and feel. I don't think that it's quite working with the black. It's just too dark - and takes away from the feel of positive and personal interaction. The navigation etc is working quite well - super easy to use.
The photo back up the top brings the people interaction back into the design but obviously the photo is really wrong.
Displaying only the name and the location and then have a hover state, which would bring up more information about the person/project/business advertised.
Project page with the different colour-way. Message on the right and side bar. It still needs a lot of work!!
