Change in Feel

So I thought about having the people just listed in one page and thought that it was really impersonal.
If the whole point of the network is to make every single person wanted and appreciated, then having them all just listed on one page in a grid isn't really giving each their own glory? So I've changed it to a sideways scrolling system instead

So I've cleaned up the design, taken the colours out of the main pages and brightened up the CTA buttons. Might try and bring some patterns into this?
